Guts and Glory to nietypowa, trójwymiarowa gra wyścigowa, w której głównym wyzwaniem jest samo skończenie wyścigu. Tory usiane są przeróżnymi przeszkodami, takimi jak kamienie, spadające z nieba belki, bomby czy ostrza, które mogą w ułamku sekundy zakończyć naszą przygodę. Omawiany tytuł jest bardzo brutalny i krwawy. Za stworzenie tej produkcji odpowiada studio HakJak Productions.

Guts and Glory to gra bardzo prosta. Swojego bohatera obserwujemy z tyłu, z perspektywy trzeciej osoby. Wybieramy pojazd, trasę, a następnie staramy się dojechać do końca, omijając wszystkie przeszkody, które spróbują nam to uniemożliwić. Przygotowane przez twórców tory są zabawne i zróżnicowane (mamy tu m.in. lasy, autostrady, miasteczka), jednak nie jesteśmy ograniczeni do ścigania się tylko po nich – stanowiący część gry rozbudowany edytor pozwala tworzyć własne plansze.

Gra Guts and Glory posiada wyłącznie tryb dla pojedynczego gracza.

Tytuł oferuje prostą, ale funkcjonalną, trójwymiarową oprawę graficzną. Na tle całości wyróżniają się głównie animacje postaci, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wyjątkowo groteskowych i krwawych scen śmierci.
